  • QuestionDoes the fire stick work with the Roku?

    Asked by TrueGodAllah.

    • Answer Hello, If you're asking about The Roku Channel app then, yes you can download The Roku Channel app directly on your Fire TV Stick HD. Here's how: From your Fire TV home screen, go to the search function or navigate to "Apps", Search for "The Roku Channel", Select the app and click "Download". Once installed, open The Roku Channel to access thousands of free movies, TV shows, and live TV channels. The Roku Channel is a free streaming service (with optional premium subscriptions) that works great on Fire TV devices. If you're asking about using a Fire TV Stick with a Roku TV, then yes the Fire TV Stick is fully compatible with Roku TVs. Simply plug the Fire TV Stick into any available HDMI port on your Roku TV, connect the power cable to the Fire TV Stick, use your Roku TV remote to switch to the corresponding HDMI input and follow the on-screen setup instructions for your Fire TV Stick. The Fire TV Stick works with any TV that has an HDMI port, regardless of brand—including Roku TVs. Have a great day!

    Asked by Red.

    • Answer The Fire TV Stick is portable. After setup, you can unplug it and move it to another TV in a different city without any problem. When you plug it into the new TV, you’ll just need to connect it to the new Wi-Fi network. Your apps, settings, and account will stay the same.
