- Answer Not for the Firestick itself but for some of the apps there will be, like Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. It makes it easy to use the apps but the apps have to be activated. There are some free apps.

- Answer Try to do a reset 1st or check if you can return or exchange at best buy Contact amazon again by chat or phone They will walk you through a reset and if still not working Will send you a new one or a credit to purchase a new one

- Answer Yes the firestick is I think the best for the price. It will handle any account you have say with Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, and the list goes on. You just plug it into any HDMI port on your tv. Go to your TV input on your remote and enter HDMI channel and you are off and running. Rob

QuestionCan you load the Spectrum App to watch live TV on this? Spectrum says their app is available on "some" Fire Sticks and primarily on Roku or Roku Smart TVs. If you can load the app on a streaming device, you can eliminate a cable box and the monthly fee.

- Answer Yes I do it on my Spectrum Brighthouse Internet only account. It's full speed ahead with not just their content but allot more live stuff. But it's not like the tv box.
