You'll want to get in touch with Best Buy customer support directly, call their phone number or start a chat. I wasn't getting any of their emails at all for digital codes, they had to basically manually send them to me with something other than their automated delivery services because for some reason my Hotmail was blocking them. After the next to last time I had that problem, I just changed my email address to one of my gmail accounts and suddenly I was getting codes as I expected.
