Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The best answer is a definite maybe. Wifi is a broadcast signal (think of a radio broadcast). Buildings, trees, etc. can interfere. Even atmospheric conditions can play games with it. Can you get any service now? A booster of any kind receives the same signal your other devices do, then rebroadcasts it. That extends the range of the original signal. But it cannot magically get a signal that doesn't reach it. A directional antenna may be able to get a better signal for you. Then the booster can rebroadcast and fill the new building with whatever it can from the main router.
