• I dont have blue ray player you asked about but it simply adds a new network to your router and basically you would log into the new network the same way you log into the original network. Or place the unit by the player and plug in cat5 cable.

• Hello, It depends on the Blu Ray player as the extender works just like a router that provides WIFI.
