This item can't charge the laptop. You can plug this charger in the outlet to recharge this item. And it takes 3 hours to be fully recharged. There is no cord in the package. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via [email protected] or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973.

Do not own a laptop but it is able to charge my ipad more than 1 full charge. With my ipad it does not take the whole day to charge. It takes maybe 2 hours max to get from dead to 100%. It does not come with any cords but has a USB A and USB C port.
