A:Answer 1. Delete the Bluetooth profile from your phone.
2. Put both earbuds into the case. Wait a few seconds then proceed to step 3
3. Take out the right earbud and tap the side 4 times, then put back in the case.
4. Remove the left earbud and tap the side 4 times, then put it back in the case.
5. Take both out of the case at the same time, you will see the lights on top flashing white/blinking in a breath like manner.
6. Once the earbuds start this, reconnect to your phone and enjoy your music.
