Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but it the quality of the food when it defrosts depends on what it is. For example, I wouldn't freeze a boiled egg or certain cheeses. I freeze my cooled cooked meats successfully. Be careful with removing as much liquids or you could just pulse it till there's just enough air removed that the liquids don't get sucked in. If you freeze a dish like lasagna, I would pulse it or else you'll completely smash your dish and the juices will get sucked into the vacuum.
