“Will the battery back-up outlets provide protection when having to plug the back-up into a two plug socket? I'm thinking that their a fuse safety system but I cannot seems to find it anywhere to verify.”

• Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately it would need to be plugged into a grounded plug to function correctly and shunt any excess surges. If our units are plugged into an ungrounded outlet they will show a site wiring fault as well. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
