- Answer The one with Wi-Fi means you can only connect to your own Wi-Fi or personal hotspot. The one that says cellular you can connect it with your carrier and make it wireless, also with the option of Wi-Fi.

- Answer You would add an extra line with your service carrier. I believe there was an option to even sync both of your devices.

- Answer When I bought my ipad (10th generation) with WiFi and Cellular from Best Buy, it came “unlocked”; so it can be used with any carrier.

- Answer Yes you should be able to move the SIM card from your old tablet to this with no issue. Maybe a little setup which can be found online.
