• A:Answer No, you need a new plan for each device. Or you can buy a multi device plan from apple. It has a low monthly charge for Mac, iPhone, iPad etc

• A:Answer No, you would need to buy the WiFi + cellular model. This one doesn’t come with the cellular antennas. The cellular model is usually about $150 bucks more than the WiFi only model, plus a data plan from a cell phone carrier. Alternatively if you have a cell phone with a hotspot included in your data plan you could use that for internet on the go on this model, however depending on what data plan you have the amount of data could be somewhat limited.
