- Answer Yes it is. Easiest way to tell is by the camera on the back. The 4th gen IPad Pro has a square looking camera set up on the back. Good tip is to make sure the cases that you buy have the proper opening for the new camera.

QuestionCan you plug into the USB-C socket on this iPad Pro (it has this, correct?) an ADAPTER to plug in a BACKUP DRIVE (that has a USB-A plug), so I can place files/photos onto my back up drive, off from the iPad Pro? Does it have a USB-A socket? Thanks!

- Answer It doesn’t have anything but usb-c but you can get a hub for it like I got and you can plug anything into it like keyboard or mouse or usb hdd or hdmi really anything.

- Answer MacBook Air is a better choice to buy compare to iPad Pro if you are going to editing videos. Laptop is still a computer with a stronger CPU and GPU. Although ipad is getting stronger and stronger, it’s still an ipad.

- Answer When it’s locked it means that you can only use it with that carrier. So if you buy one for Verizon you can only use it with Verizon. If you get the one that is wifi locked you can only use it with WiFi.... if it’s unlocked you can use it around the world

- Answer Yes, our older model bent when tossed carelessly into a carry-on duffel bag kicked (literally) under the airplane seat in front of us. It did not have a protective case, keyboard, or foam bag offering an ounce of protection. We felt the loss was more on us than on Apple. We are still likely buying a new one and will be 10x more cautious!
