QuestionCan you upgrade the video card/memory?

- Answer This computer you can, but it would be a huge hassle. You have to remove the back of the computer to do it, and you risk destroying it. Upgrade to the better version and you can literally just push in a card in a slot of the back of the computer, like you would a memory card. Upgrade to the better version! save your self the hassle like me! I sold this computer 3 months after purchasing and upgraded.

- Answer yes and no. You can, but it is a huge hassle. You have to remove the back side of the computer and risk destroying your computer. UPGRADE to a better version.

- Answer I am using an extended Apple keyboard from my old iMac, and it works just fine. Also using a Logitech mouse. Both are connected via standard USB cords. Hope this helps.

- Answer No, it took two days to download Microsoft Office, I could not imagine how long it would take to download a game. I would try something with more RAM, the 8 GB is not nearly enough to do anything more than make the iMac look pretty.

- Answer I have been an apple consumer for over 15+ yrs. My last compueter was of course an apple iMac but the last opertating system was Mac OS HIGH SIERRA.This computer now is better than the one I had before so many more upgrades and works well for the use that I need it which is just personal use but works great and fast as well.

- Answer These 21.5" iMacs cannot have their memory upgraded. There is a memory upgrade option when placing a special order. I would recommend at least 16 GB RAM. Or splurge for the larger 27" model. Those can be upgraded yourself later at a much lower price than the Apple option.

- Answer click and hold the mouse down on the trash icon. a note appears asking if you want to empty. that is all there is to it.

- Answer Click on the trash can and a box will pop up on the screen. Click on the wheel at the top of the box and a drop down box will open. Scroll down to "empty trash". I hope this helps. : )

Question. Have been using a MacBook pro laptop MacOS High Sierra, version 10.13.6 2015, 13" Have developed an eye issue and thinking a desk top might serve me better. Also advised that come November best to get a new computer anyway. Your suggestions?

- Answer I also have eye problems and just got the iMac 21.5 inch display. Just as clear as the MacBook Pro I used to have...only bigger :)

- Answer The returns and warranty is the same as if buying a close boxed item. You’re only paying less for an open item that someone returned because perhaps they changed their mind.
