- Answer These have a very balanced profile, so you can hear and feel the bass, but not as much as Sony's XM series which are more focused on bassy sounds. You can change some settings in the EQ, but this too is somewhat limited on the Apple ecosystem.

- Answer I bought an open box (excellent condition). The charging cable had the original cardboard around it showing it had never been used, all instructions were in box, and absolutely no marks on the headphones. If not new, it was not used much at all and was taken very good care of.
