“I have Apple's new Air Pods, I also have new Apple TV 4K. The volume control on the Apple TV controls the volume of the Air Pods at the same time it controls the volume on the TV. I am unable to set the Air Pod volume independent from the TV volume.”

• You have to unpair them from the TV or just reset them entirely by holding the button on the back or going into tv setting under audio

• I have found the same issue while using them with the iPad and iPhone. I assume that control is one of the things Apple will add to the next generation.
