Yes but they are probably coming out with new ones sometime between June and September this year

This is the current model (airpods 2 arent expected to be released until mid 2018), But the software it ships with may not be the latest, as Apple has been pushing silent OTA updates for airpods. However, once you receive them and connect them to a compatible device, they should automatically receive the updates.
