I get a warranty on every product I buy from BestBuy but I was informed that there's none for the AirPods.

Next time you buy an Apple product you can contact them and purchase Apple Care from them, I believe you have 30 days to do it.

From what we were told by Apple they have a years warranty on them and then from there it would be dependent on the warranty that you purchased.
