“I live in Turkey. I wonder that If I buy airpods from Chicago Best Buy during my travelling in USA and have problem in future while using in Turkey. Can I send product Apple Turkey for warranty claim? Because there aren't best buy stores in Turkey.”

yes you can . don't forget that this a apple product. doesn't matter if you buy it on best buy or any other store apple still cover you 1 year warranty on their products.
