• If you log into find my iPhone you would be able to see the spot where they were last connected but if they’re not in your ear it won’t really tell you much

• Yes, you can use the 'Find My iPhone' app to see their last location and then "chirp" them. They will automatically be connected on the app as long as the device they are connected to is using and allows the app.
