• I had the same problem. I found silicone covers that help, but they prevent the air buds from charging. You have to take them off and put them back on every time.

• I use these for running and working out 5-6 days a week. I also bought accessories to attach to them so that they are fitted snuggly into my ear and around my neck. They work fine for me.

• I have run multiple races with AirPods in and have had zero issues or need to adjust them. I assume they are one size so they will not fit everyone perfect. They do however fit me perfectly.
