They only come in white from the store. They sell skins for the AirPods as well as silicone cases for them on Amazon. Painted AirPods are available on colorware.com. They sell them for around $300 (another $40 if you want the case painted too) it will take a couple months to get them.

Unfortunately they only come in White at the moment - which is irritating to me as I’m a Black on Black kinda guy and prefer my accessories to match the Black color of my phone, watch, entire outfit, etc. There is a third party company that offers them in Black. They take the white ones and professionally paint them black. I forget the name though.
