It will all depend on your contract or prepaid plan. It will also depend on whether the phone shares data from a community "bucket" -- like a Family Share Plan -- or if it has its own data plan. The question you posted looks like it's tagged to the iPhone 6+ for Verizon... if this is indeed the case and your service is with Verizon Wireless, the easiest way I know to determine this would be to go to the Apple AppStore and download the My Verizon app (it's free).
