• A:Answer It came with a sim card but you have to pay for the monthly service of your choice separately. So for instance if you choose the $30.00 plan you have to buy a card for the 30.00 plan to activate. I had to call to activate the sim that was probably the hardest part of buying the phone was getting the sim activated but since then it works like a champ.
