Absolutely! I just bought my iPhone 8plus from Best Buy, about 3weeks ago. Best Buy took care of everything while I was there. Transferred my phone number, contacts and photos to my new phone. I've been with Verizon for about 15 years and just wanted a bigger and newer phone!!!! I hope this helps you.
