• A:Answer I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure you would minimally have to be 18 to enter into a legal contract, such as the type that would be required for a contracted phone agreement. Your parent/guardian would probably need to be the primary account holder to start a new account.

Q: QuestionIf I buy at Best Buy vs Sprint, is there an activation fee? Explain the $250.00 savings monthly fee vs lower fee. Do I go to Sprint to transfer guts of current phone or back to Best Buy? Does it come with charger?

• A:Answer There's an activation fee, however Best Buy doesn't charge you the fee upfront as Sprint does because Best Buy is an authorized dealer. Not aware of the savings of $250 a month deal vs lower fee. I'd ask if Best Buy can transfer "guts" of current phone, if I were changing phones, but I never change devices, just went in and bought a new device. Yes it comes with a charger and basic accessories
