QuestionI'm comparing this phone with the prepaid iphone se. Are these two both brand new? Some reviews of the ATT prepaid iphone se said that one is refurbished.

- Answer They should both be brand new, but the prepaid account is going to have some limitations. Nationwide calling area not included as well as a few other differences and restrictions. Check it out before you decide. I just went through this decision myself. My company, WINGsReality EDU is in the aviation training business. The prepaid phone saves a little bit of money but wasn't going to work for me because I travel a lot in my business and would be roaming a lot. That would have been expensive!

- Answer Sim card and SD card are two different things. The sim card makes the device work with the cellular carrier. YES, this phone comes with a pre-installed sim card and the box includes all of the information to activate the phone before ever getting it out of the shrinkwrap. This device does NOT have the option of SD cards to expand on device storage capacity. How do I know? I own 4 of them!

- Answer You can pay it in full upon purchase, or finance the phone. They'll divide up your payments depending on how long you want to finance.

- Answer There are prepaid versions and contract versions. If you purchase an at&t version it will work with the at&t network whether it’s on contract or with their pay as you go service. Same goes with all networks but it will be locked to the network it’s purchased for unless you buy an unlocked model.
