I've looked around and yes this was the best price I could find out there for Sprint customers. Tho, it is a flex plan, or lease plan. at the end of your 18 month you can opt to pay the remaining balance to keep the phone or you can upgrade it to whatever new phone comes out. Or you can continue to lease the phone at $20 a month. Hope this answers your question.
