• Once you buy a phone on a network it is locked to that network. If you wish to unlock it, contact Verizon. But, they may not be able to help you.

• If the iPhone is locked only Verizon will work with Verizon Also here is the US, we used GMSA or GSM phones

• No you can not, unless you buy the phone directly from the Apple store and buy the phone outright. Each carrier has their own network settings and they do not sync together with T-Mobile and Verizon.
