A:AnswerI purchased one for my wife and liked it so much that I bought another one for myself. There is nothing wrong with either of them however being me I did upgrade ram and changed them to SSD to better the performance but overall they were a good purchase for me.
A:AnswerThe other answer is completely true. I bought an alienware 15R3 a couple years ago and it had defective RAM. After i took out one stick of RAM it was a a champ. Dell thankfully replaced the RAM hassle free and super fast. Its been great ever since. I don't know why they don't just get it fixed and sell it for more. Just know what you are getting when you buy their open box stuff!
