QuestionIs there a return policy if there is an issue with the computer and can I bring it directly to Apple if there is an issue? Can I use Twisted Wave, Protools, Reaper, Audacity or any other similar program on this model? Thanks Mark

- Answer You can return your laptop within 30 days I think, its on your receipt. I had to wait from March until June to get into Apple, go in person to get an appointment. and then come back. Once there, it was fixed within 20 min. Dont know about the other programs.

- Answer Exterior was cracked and had a large dent on the back of the keypad. Computer didn't work at all. Don't waste your time and money, Best buy not selling working computers.
