QuestionHi, I’m looking at this laptop and I was wondering if this is the most current one. I was looking an the open box one for 949.99$. I was also wondering how would apple’s butterfly keyboard warranty program work with an open box.

- Answer The keyboard warranty should apply across the board, regardless of initial warranty period, so it shouldn't differ for open-box products... That said, there's rumors that the "Magic keyboard" (i.e., the old design that didn't fail due to dust) will return to the 13" MBP in 2020. Unless you need a computer today, I wouldn't get this one.

- Answer This is the 2017 model without the Touch Bar. Now, let me tell you, it’s basically the same thing as the 2018 model, the only difference it’s that the new one has the Touch Bar and 2 usb-c ports more. I got the 2017 model because it wasn’t worth it to spent 200$ more just because of the Touch Bar.

- Answer This is 2017 MacBook Pro. I busy this one around mid 2017 8GB memory with 125GB storage. And I am surprise they still on sale $200 off :). And yeah everything they said in description or spec is true. 1 year warranty and it 2.3ghz highly not lower. It can boost up to 3ghz.
