QuestionHas the keys stopped working for anyone while the trackpad still works? It’s happening my first day I got it. I noticed it happened to the keyboard that was on display in store too but the worker said it was because it was on all day, yet the pad worked

- Answer I would recommend a slim case that gives a good protection on the sides if you’re using without a keyboard. Screenguard is a must!

- Answer Having had iPads with cellular and WiFi before I don’t see any place to insert a sim in the iPad Pro 11”. Unless Apple, the Geek Squad or someone knowledgeable is able to insert a sim, I don’t think it is possible.
