- Answer Yes, the new 12.9” magic keyboard is backwards compatible. Just make sure you buy the correct size (11” or 12.9”) for your iPad.

- Answer I don’t think you need a sleeve with the magic keyboard, the magic keyboard can serve as a protector of the iPad and itself. See my attached image.

- Answer Yeah they do! Most cost around 40-70 dollars on top of the already 350. The pitaka case is the best for value at 69.99. Although I’ve used both the 12.9 and 11, they don’t really need side protection.
