After receiving the item I had to go on the Apple web site and give the one # and model number . It was relatively in good condition. It ended up being 2nd generation, so that was pretty old , but alll I all I’m satisfied, I purchased it for my mother who. is turning #80 so I believe she will get enough use out of it. They said it would be warranted for 90 days so I down loaded some games and things she may enjoy and loaded all her info, played around with it to see if I found any issues and I did not. ** One other important. piece of info is in doing all that it was soon to need charged, what I discovered was. Upon trying to charge they sent me the wrong charger to fit my product, I contacted they by phone on my order # and they credited my account for me to purchase the correct one.
