Q: QuestionHow big is the screen on this iPad and does it work with kindle books

• A:Answer The screen is about 5"x9" (I believe you can find the exact dimensions on the product description). It's a great size as a reader, which is the primary purpose for which I purchased this iPad. My one disappointment is that the Kindle app does not work on this machine. I guess Kindle did make an app for this version of the iPad mini, but they no longer make it available and the later versions of Kindle don't work with this earlier version of the mini. However, iBook works just fine, as does the Nook app from Barnes and Noble.

• A:Answer No. Best Buy customer service is located in India. It takes 17 minutes for them to understand how to spell your name and they refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor. They LIE each time and tell you that they are sending a gift card to you. (The iPad was fine, but the power cord did not work). They give you a confirmation number that is fictitious- on all 11 of my calls - so that there is no record of your call and each time you call, you must start from the beginning. Not worth the hassle for a refurbished product. They even send you to Apple - who no longer sells the iPad and has NOTHING TO DO WITH BEAT BUYS REFURBISHED PRODUCTS.
