However, I would expect Best Buy refurbs to be pretty close to pristine. I had some black smudges around the sides. Not sure what they were. But I was able to wipe them off easily with an alcohol pad. My dad’s XR had the tiniest of scratches on the screen but is unnoticeable after placing a glass screen protector on top. For the price and ease of data transfer, as well as, not needing to have VZW activate these phones saved me enough money! Hope this helps.
A:AnswerThis iPhone came with a charger. Also, just like any other iPhone you can go to settings and turn on the feature that shows your screen usage times and will even show your weekly report for the week as well. I hope this helps.
A:AnswerThey will charge a restocking fee; you will not get 100% of your money back. I would recommend other options as you pay a premium for best buy refurbished phones. Other vendors which I will not name do not charge restocking fees for refurbished phones and from my actual buying experience have better phones and policies for some reason.
