“I just received laptop. This does not have iMovie installed. I tried to install, but Apple store indicates I need High Sierra or Mojave browser which I can't find in store. Going to return.”

• You can install High Sierra from the apple.com under support. And software updates

• Already called Apple. Only could install Mountain Lion OS which still isn't the update for iMovie to use.

• So to upgrade the Mac OS. You start by clicking the Apple icon in the far upper left hand of the screen. Go to “about this Mac” and it should have an over view tab. This will tell you what OS you have and should have a button to update if it is possible to update your computer. It should be super easy. Hope this helps.
