It is only possible if you have a computer also connected to your display. This would have to be used with the Philips Hue Sync app that can only be downloaded to computers.

I would be surprised, to put it mildly, if Apple was working with another company for what amounts to hardware. You must possess non-Apple hardware for this to work, i.e. the Philipps hue. They do allow third party apps and software, but extract a percentage of the sale for these items. But just to work with someone else's product, without being paid, I highly doubt.
