The quality of your pictures when you view it from your ipad to the 4K TV will be about the same. If your pictures are not shot in 4K resolution to begin with. The clarity of your pictures will not be shown in 4K if you are using a lower resolution camera or Video for that matter. The same goes with your TV, if it is not 4K resultion and you buy a 4K apple TV will not give you a 4 K viewing experience. It will all depend on your TV resolution be it 780p or 1080p for example.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The picture will look better because of the 4k TV, but it won't do a whole lot considering you are limited by the quality of the picture that your ipad has when taking pictures, but it'll definitely look better because of upscaling.
