I was having same issue. Sometimes WiFi speed was less than 20mbs but averaged around 45. Called to complain to Spectrum and they installed a newer router. Now I average 220mbs and have had no problems since.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can try updating the software on the AppleTV itself under the settings. Once you update the software I would recommend updating the app as well. Try those and see if that helps you out. Hope that helps you out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With the 4K, sometimes there’s a faulty flux capacitor. Never happened with the 3k. When it snows it’s way better. Try jiggling it.
