- Answer CALL APPLE....THE SERVICE IS APPLE TV PLUS..THIS IS A COMPLICATED Q. YOU NEED SUBSCRIPTIONS LIKE PRIME ETC. I HAVE BEEN A PRIME MEMBER AND APPLE USER SINCE EARLY 90'S. APPLE IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO ANSWER THIS KIND OF QUESTION SINCE THE BOX IS SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN A CABLE CONTRACT.
