QuestionI have an Apple TV (3rd generation) and it is supposed to receive streaming audio from iTunes, and a Netgear Nighthawk router. It worked fine not too long ago, but since I needed to re-install Windows10, it doesn't. Any suggestions?

- Answer My best advice call apple support they will talk you through it. Always been helpful to me. Sounds like a lame answer - could ping pong a bunch of things to try why not do that with an expert. - slam dunk.

- Answer By connection password do you mean the password to join the Apple TV to your router? If so then Google the following query "Windows 10 display the password to connect to your wifi router". If you have an Apple or no computer at all then either look for the password on a label attached to your router or ask a Geek Squad member.

- Answer Yes, if you have several TVs in different rooms, you will need to connect a separate Apple TV box to each television to have access to it. You are able to control your separate TVs with the remotes that they come with or with an iPhone if you have the Apple TV app on your phone; you would simply label each different TV with a separate name (i.e. Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.).

- Answer I don’t think yet ... they may be working on it. You need an Android streaming device. I use and would recommend a MINIX box Neo U-9.

- Answer I agree. You are correct. You should not have to ask if tires are included. I think I may have missed your point. I have never bought anything from our Best Buy where the sales rep tried to get me to buy something extra. In all candor, I do not have long conversations with any Best Buy sales rep. For major purchases my conversation with them is limited to delivery instructions (TVs etc.) and pick up time (Computers etc.) For most of the smaller products (Head Phones etc.) I walk in pick one out, pay at the cash register and walk out. All of this is why I like Best Buy. They do not get in my way at all.

- Answer There is no difference in picture. The number corresponds with the amount of storage. If you don’t plan to game much on the Apple TV, 32 gb is sufficient IMO. I have the 32 gb and I have yet to run out of space.

- Answer DirecTv Now is a stand alone application separate from any DVR or Directv service. You have to pay separately for the app/service. It’s used primarily if you don’t want to have or cannot get a box wired to that TV. It also offers cheaper packages if you don’t want full Directv service with DVR boxes. The app is a steaming app only. No cloud recording.

- Answer Yes it will, but realize that the quality of the picture will depend on the speed of your internet connections. Also even if your on an unlimited plan, your speed will be throttled down after you exceed 25 gigs which is only a day of watching TV.
