• It should as long as the networking standards are the same (I would think so!). Don't worry about the electric because Apple TV takes AC from 100 volts all the way up to 240 volts at 50 or 60 Hz.

• Yes, it should work just fine. However you will need an Ac/Dc power adapter to convert the British electrical current to a more compatible electrical current.
