“I have been to two Best Buy stores in the last week and tried to order it online, but I can't do it. What is the scoop Best Buy? I know the product is available from Apple, why isn't it available in any of your stores or on your website? This is really frustrating”

• honestly if you want it really bad, go to apple store. but if you can be patient and just keep calling best buy and see if they have in. just be patient if you can. you like Apple Tv when you get, I know the apple store has plenty. the future of apple TV will improve.

• My local Best Buy was sold out, but had no trouble ordering the AppleTV on their website.
