• At least 10mb. Im using 16 and it works great.

• As little as 6 MBPs but only that low if it is STEADY.

• It depends on what you want to do on it. But if you want to stream itunes movies from the internet, i would recommend cable speed, but i am sure that it should work on dsl as well.
