• Wi-Fi is not required, it also has an ethernet port for network connectivity.

• The AppleTV has an ethernet port. You'd have to run a cable to your router. However WiFi routers are relatively cheap these days...

• Then It won't work. Do you have internet? if yes buy a wifi modem it is $50 or more then you can stream on your tv
