• Apple TV doesn't stream. It only receives streams. It only "outputs" through a single HDMI port. Since it has only one HDMI output port, it will connect directly to only one TVs HDMI input port. Some specialty companies do make "HDMI port multiplier" boxes that take the signal from the Apple TV (via the HDMI cable), strengthens the signal and then simultaneously replicate that signal to a given number of output ports. The number of output ports varies and so does the cost!

• The AppleTV connects to a TV via an HDMI cable. If you split the cable and connect it to multiple tv's, then yes. It does not stream to tv's wirelessly however.

• No, it has a single HDMI interface that connects to a single TV. If you have multiple AppleTVs in different rooms of the house, though, you can stream music to each AppleTV and its associated TV/stereo.
