• No. It only has 8Gb of storage. It is a streaming media device.

• Not from what I can tell. It kind of works differently then what you are looking to utilize it. It allows you to download rentals from Itunes, link to your Itunes library, and access YouTube or Flickr. Somebody may have an idea on how to use it for purposes of a DVR, but I don't see it.

• No, it can not record tv because it does not play tv, it can rent movies from itunes and airplay videos and music and watch netflix and mlb and other stuff.

• No it can't. It doesn't have a built in tuner to receive broadcast/satelite/cable television in any form in real time, therefore the device has no way to "tune in" to a specific station.
