“What's the difference between GPS and GPS+Cellular? That means if we go to GPS can't we take calls through watch ? Can you explain in brief please”

Both watches have GPS built in and GPS tracking works independently of your iPhone. With the cellular model you pay your carrier to add the device to your plan, and you can make / receive calls independently of your iPhone. On the model without cellular, the watch must be connected to the phone to make / receive calls.

You can still call/text if you have the GPS. The GPS and GPS + Cellular are kinda the same thing. Just that the GPS + Cellular you don’t need to have your phone while the GPS you do.
