Yes, the band is reflective in dark

Yes per the marketing, but I haven’t noted any reflectivity while wearing it. Maybe from a distance under right lighting conditions? It is a nice shade of white though.

No - it’s felt, great for the gym, but I bought a metal one for $10 on Amazon that is my go to when not at the gym. Banda are easy to switch

Yes, it is. I love the watch but know that it is very hard to tell that it’s reflective. Maybe at night a bright light will trigger it but I can’t tell a difference from my Series 3 band of a similar color that is not reflective. Also, EKG is still not available!?! C’mon Apple!
